Max is an artist and photographer and owner of Toe in the Water Gallery Online. For over 10 years, Max has worked almost exclusively in the digital art medium, using dedicated artists software that provides a comprehensive artists toolbox with digital versions of pencils, brushes, pastels, acrylics, oils, watercolours etc. Max uses a 24” touch and pressure sensitive screen with the software enabling expressive sketching and painting, provide a very realistic experience that is surprisingly close to using real media. This system positively encourages experimentation and as a result, Max’s work has several distinctive styles. With the constant advances in technology, Max is now using the latest generation of professional iPads, enabling him to create while out and about on the water in the Fowey estuary.

Max’s artwork can be enjoyed in a variety of forms including traditional prints, gallery wrapped canvas prints, greeting cards and new this season, a range of high-quality box framed art tiles.
