If for any reason, the product you receive is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 01726 832582 or send photos of the issue via email to twg@me.com
In the case of faulty or damaged framed tiles, we will be happy to issue a replacement or refund on receipt of the returned damaged item in the original packaging.
If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will offer an exchange or credit note, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items to be returned for exchange or credit note must be received by us within 14 days of purchase, undamaged and in original packaging. Return postage at the customers expense.
