Each canvas is printed to order and mounted on gallery stretcher bars and if specified mounted in a custom made wood frame. This enables us to help the environment by only using necessary materials and avoiding unnecessary waste. Therefore please be aware that Time from Order to UK Delivery is approximately 7 - 10 working days to allow us time to make your canvas specially for you.
Colour Reproduction: Each print is colour checked to ensure consistency and whilst every endeavour is made to accurately reproduce the colours of the example images on this website, there may be some perceived differences between your device and the physical product. This is quite normal and not a defect.
CANVAS PRINT RETURNS POLICY:
If for any reason, the canvas you receive is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us by email at info@toeinthewatergallery.com
In the case of faulty or damaged canvas prints, we will be happy to issue a replacement or refund on receipt of the returned damaged item in the original packaging.
If for any other reason other than the product is faulty or damaged in transit, you are unhappy with your purchase we will offer an exchange or credit note, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods by emailing us at info@toeinthrwatergallery.com. Items to be returned for exchange or credit note must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of delivery, undamaged and in original packaging. Return postage at the customers expense.
CARE OF YOUR CANVAS:
As with all artwork, displaying in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time may result in some colour changes. Whilst we have over the years displayed canvas prints in our gallery window without any issues, it’s always a good idea to move artwork from time to time to minimise any chance of fading.
If you hang the canvas in a dusty environment, we recommend occasional careful dusting of the exposed surface with a feather duster. As with all art prints, the use of any liquid based cleaning is not recommended and we cannot be responsible if they are used.
The inks used in the printing process are designed to offer excellent colour rendition on the canvas surface, however again as with all artwork, we do not advise hanging the canvas in a very high moisture level area such as bathroom / shower room etc.
